A DISCOVERY VACATION THROUGH FOOD & WINE
Let your tastebuds explore!

A vacation is not only what you see and do but what you experience. It is about fun, laughter, a sense of well-being and tantalizing your senses. There is a wealth of adventures to explore. I have been on numerous vacations and at first it was the standard vacation, sit on the beach, a bit of sightseeing and touring and back to the hotel for their gourmet food. After a while this became boring for me and I decided to jazz it up a bit, I decided to spend my vacations sampling the local foods, including the street foods and beverages, especially wine. I mean have you seen the food travel programs, they are my inspiration.

On a food and wine vacation it is more than just an eating and drinking experience, it elevates your five senses and travel experience to a luxurious high.  A food and wine vacation gives you the opportunity to explore new destinations and sample the cuisines as a local rather than a tourist. You immerse yourself in a culinary adventure whether it is just sampling the cuisines, attending food and wine courses or cooking in a local kitchen under the watchful eye of a chef. This type of adventure makes a welcome change to your normal standard vacation itinerary, add a rail vacation in the mix and you will experience a vacation that would be memorable and last a lifetime. What I call a 'bucket-list' occurrence!
