  • Get in touch by booking a consultation. Pick a time in the calendar so we can chat. We will discuss your travel style, preferences and the type of trip you're looking to take.

  •  Researching and planning continue. I plan, you pack! All the details are finalized.

  •  Assistance is just a call away if you have any questions and confirmation of your final itinerary is emailed.​

  • Your contract is prepared and e-mailed to you.

  • The non-refundable research and planning fee is paid.

  • Once signed, the research begins, and a proposed itinerary is created and amended (if needed).
