CLIMATE

The climate in Mexico varies throughout the year. In winter, December to March, the temperature averages from 20 to 24 degree Celsius. In the summer, June to September the average temperature is around 28 degree Celsius. The rainy season is usually May thorough to October, and during the year there is little to no rain.

CUISINES

Mexican cuisine is known and loved by the world all over. It’s mixes native ingredients such as chilli, beans and corn with produce that arrived with the Spanish, such as chicken, beef, pork and lamb, as well as a variety of herbs. Mexico has also given the world tequila, and several Mexican beers are exported, including the pale lagers Corona and Dos Equis.

WHAT TO DO IN MEXICO
Spend you vacation exploring ruins such as Chitzen Itza and Tulum, swim in Cho Ha cenote one of the many swim holes dotted around Mexico.
